We are seeking a passionate and keen Senior Chef de Partie.
Our Client, an independent, award winning French Fine Dining Restaurant in Surbiton are looking for a strong character to join their team full time as Junior Sous Chef.
The position will strongly suit an experienced Chef De Partie looking to take the next step up in their career.
At least 3 years experience as CDP preferably in a 2AA Rosette establishment Eager to progress Flexible to work Evenings and Saturdays Capable of motivating and helping to train a team of junior chefs if needed Expected to run any section of the kitchen Shared Responsibility of stock and orders.
The Restaurant's main dining room can hold 50/60 covers plus a 1st floor dining room with an additional 23-35 covers.
Shifts are a mix of double and straight shifts - 2 doubles a week, 2 late shifts, 1 early.
Salary of £28,000 per annum , with uniform and meals provided.
