Contract Support Administrator.
To support the Account Director and Service Managers with the management of sickness absence levels on the contract. To collate and track all sickness absence, training, health and safety related information and to liaise with Service Managers for those that have hit a trigger and to advise on next steps. To analyse sickness absence data and provide statistical information to the Account Director, identifying trends and patterns. To support in all areas with administration duties
Reviewing, collating and storing of all sickness absence, training and Health and Safety paperwork Liaising with Service Managers identifying anomalies/clarifying sickness absence information Tracking of all sickness absence information including absence types and dates; meetings; Occupational Health referrals; Human Resource (HR) associated action Monitoring of sickness absence information per service and site wide, liaising with managers identifying and prompting of next steps/actions to take for those that have hit a trigger Producing statistical data on sickness absence information, both short and long term, per service and site wide; identifying trends/patterns Working within General Data Protection Guidelines (GDPR) and complying with company sickness absence policies Liaising with HR on legislation updates and cascading this information to Service Managers Support with training organising, collating paper work and supporting Managers Produce Health and Safety reports and collate relevant information
