We have vacancies for Clinical or Counselling Psychologists to join our well-established Adult Mental Health Psychology team of psychological therapists. We are looking for people with initiative and enthusiasm who will join us in ongoing evidence-based service re-design and development to best meet the needs of our patients.
The team (including Clinical & Counselling Psychologists, Clinical Associates in Applied Psychology and CBT therapists) is led by Consultant Clinical Psychologists. A mix of permanent and fixed-term sessions is available across two of our locality services, which provide clinics across south-west Fife, Kirkcaldy and Levenmouth, delivering a range of interventions within a tiered approach to service delivery.
The post-holders will have access to regular clinical and managerial supervision as well as opportunities for additional peer support.
This is an opportunity to join a large area-wide Psychology Service that includes all the major clinical specialties. The department is friendly, research-active and maintains a vigorous CPD programme. It has well-established links with the Universities of Edinburgh, Stirling and Dundee and provides placements for DClinPsychol trainees and trainees doing a range of clinically-based Masters programmes.
