The Role The Business Development Executive is the first point of contact for our broker partners on any new enquiries, supporting them with understanding our credit appetite and ensuring they understand our criteria, process and literature. The Business Development Executive helps drive sales by dealing with incoming queries from broker partners and discussing any relevant mortgage products. The Business Development Executive team are also involved with generating new business leads where possible. This can be from broker partners in areas not covered by field sales as well as direct client business. You will assist commercial marketing with external communications to brokers in the form of broker bulletins, training and literature, documents and other projects as and when specified. The role is primarily based in Head Office, though there may be a requirement for travel on occasion to support BDMs in the field.
