We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Employer Engagement and Sales Manager to join a highly reputable Training Provider.
This is an excellent opportunity as this is a newly created position with great earning potential and lots of autonomy.
The position of the Employer Engagement and Sales Manager is a home based with the option of working from head office if required.
As an Employer Engagement and Sales Manager you can expect to receive a salary of up to £35000 with bonus, 23 days+public holidays, pension scheme, laptop and mobile phone.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for a team of Sales Consultants and Business Development Managers who are selling a wide range of training programmes to business throughout the UK.
Most of the sales team are currently working remotely.
Summary of duties and responsibilities of the Employer Engagement and Sales Manager
" Lead, manage and inspire a sales team to achieve business growth and hit sales targets.
" Implement local market plans and sales strategies to meet sales objectives.
" Plan and conduct complex negotiations with new customers.
" Build relationships with decision makers and key influencers across multiple industries and sectors.
" Assist the sales team to actively convert pipeline opportunities.
" Manage customer enquiries.
" Maintain current and accurate account and contact information in a CRM system
" Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the senior management team.
" Provide accurate weekly forecasting, including deal value, status, decision makers and steps to close.
" Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
