Holding previous experience of working in an IT Service Desk environment, you will be providing 3rd line technical support resolving escalated incidents and problems. The successful candidate will have equally strong technical support and communication skills matched by an enthusiasm for problem solving. On a daily basis you will work with escalated incidents and problems driving technical resolutions and performing in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) while supporting our IT Service Desk in adhering to the defined service level agreements (SLA's). Our in-store EPOS system and e-Commerce platform are key IT Services where your support skills will be required. However, you will provide technical support for all IT Services provided by Domino's Pizza Group to our stores, staff and franchisees such as email, networking, windows and hardware. Another aspect of this role will be using your technical skills and knowledge to 'shift left' and upskill the Service Desk or wider customer base where applicable. This will involve providing knowledge, solutions, or automation that allows for upskilling of the Service Desk or for Self-Help solutions that allow end users to help themselves.
