Job DescriptionPart-Time Bookkeeper - Maternity Cover (36 Weeks) Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 AAT, Sage 50 Accounts knowledge essential Desirable: Intermediate level Excel proficiency, good oral and written English, self-reliant and able to work unsupervised. Experience: 4+ years Start Date: Ideally in the last couple of weeks of August (maternity leave starts Sep 1st) Hours: Weekday mornings, 10-15 hours per week (negotiable) Location: Chessington (remote working may be possible after an initial induction period) Main responsibilities: - Uploading of electronic (EDI) sales orders into Sage - Processing of manual orders and liaising with logistics partner - Sales invoicing - Production of weekly bank payments lists - Daily accounting entries, including sales ledger, purchase ledger - Management of Barclays invoice discounting facility - Bank reconciliations - Preparation of monthly management accounts and KPI reports
