Purpose of the Role:
To liaise with Marketing Partners in regard to collaborative campaigns and new marketing initiatives To liaise with Classic Car and Classic Bike Clubs in regard to collaborative campaigns and new marketing initiatives To seek new business in line with company objectives and personal targets To carry out 'Client Relationship Management' (CRM) of existing partners and clubs, including visits and agreeing time lines in advance. To collate information and act upon instructions in a timely, technically accurate and cost-effective manner, in accordance with company procedures and performance standards. To promote Footman James at relevant shows, events and social gatherings - whether Footman James shows, partners shows, or club shows.
To understand Partners business operations, opportunities and risks and their scope for collaborative marketing campaigns. Obtain and communicate sufficient information to demonstrate an understanding of the opportunity for both the Partner and Footman James Offer and present marketing solutions including club member/client insurance policies and other risk management solutions, with purpose to secure new business. Plan client meetings in advance to meet with company procedures. Send Client communications including meeting agenda, notes and reports in a timely manner always ensuring their accuracy. Ensure that all client correspondence and meeting actions are completed, and full audit trail is maintained. Always demonstrating the professionalism of our organisation, when visiting clients, at shows and events and in all communications. To ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations, e.g. FCA. To ensure compliance with dealing with third parties, financial crime, contracts and accounting policies.
