The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) vision is "Everyone making the most of their money and pensions".
The Money & Pensions Service (MAPS) has setup a Pensions Dashboard Programme (PDP) to oversee the delivery of the technology that would allow pensions dashboards to work. This includes the digital architecture and governance framework for the dashboard ecosystem.
Context: Pensions dashboards will enable individuals to access their pensions information online, securely and all in one place, thereby supporting better planning for retirement. Dashboards will provide clear and simple information about an individual's multiple pension savings, including their State Pension. They will also help them to reconnect with any lost pension pots.
Your new role
Reporting to the PMO Lead, the Risk Manager will establish and maintain a robust and proportionate risk management process that supports the effective and efficient management of programme risks. You will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders across the programme to identify risks, monitor and challenge their mitigation. You will facilitate all the necessary training to embed best practice risk management in the programme, be responsible for producing all risk reporting to the programme and wider MaPS and government assurers and attend the Programme Board to provide updates.
This is a critical role for the programme and provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced risk manager to get involved at the early stages of a major programme and provide support across the lifecycle.
