Our client is a world leading exporter of some of the world’s most recognised brands in the luxury goods sector.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fairly small but very friendly international export team as a fluent French and Italian speaking Export Customer Service Executive. Your role will be to offer full B2B support to customers and will include the following duties and responsibilities:

* Offer full support (telephone and email) to French speaking business clients and provide back up support for Italian speaking clients

* Placing customer orders for products

* Advising customers of queries on orders and finding solutions for them

* Dealing with customer complaints

* Liaising with courier and freight companies

* Monitoring the efficiency of the export operations in the territories they are responsible for

* Providing support to the Export Sales Teams

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

* Fluent French and Italian (both languages) is essential

* Previous customer service experience or administrative experience

* A clear and confident communicator

* Effective at prioritising and able to work to deadlines and under pressure

SALARY

£22,000 pa + benefits

WORKING HOURS ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAY, ALTERNATE 8.00 - 16.00 OR 9.00 - 17.00
