EIP Care Co-ordinator.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced clinician to join our busy Early Intervention in Psychosis Service in Middlesbrough, working within a multi-disciplinary team offering evidence based care and treatment to adults aged 18 - 65. The successful candidate will offer service specific assessments for patients who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis. In addition they will utilise their knowledge of theory relating to the psychological, biological, social and cultural issues which influence mental health, mental illness, mental resilience and interventions to aid recovery.
You will need to be enthusiastic and highly motivated with the ability to work in a busy, dynamic service. You will support service users in their recovery working both autonomously and as part of a team. As a Senior Care Co-ordinator you will be expected to supervise and mentor junior members of the team as well as students.
The post holder is required to travel independently and a lease car scheme is in operation.
