We are enthusiastic about making a positive impact on the young people that stay with us, some of them may have trouble with their emotions, come from a challenging background or have complex needs like autism or ADHD.As the manager it's up to you to ensure the smooth and safe running of the home, as well as making sure that the children are given the best level of care possible. The home is exactly that, a home; it's a service that's run in a very relaxed family feel environment, it's the best way for our children to blossom.You'll be responsible for developing the children daily, we want our service users to grow and develop their sense of confidence, worth and self-esteem; youll be a good listener, taking on board what they say without them feeling judged and encouraging them to grow as people. As well as developing the children, you'll also be responsible for looking after staff, developing them so we can attain a 'Good' Ofsted rating and keep on improving it in the future!You'll be motivated, good at communicating and determined to set a great example, the best leaders always do!
