Job DescriptionWe have a number of exciting opportunities working with our global partners Volkswagen, within our new contact centre located in a high-quality office space close to Warwick town centre and Leamington Spa. You'll contribute to your team's success by bringing to life our ethos of providing excellent customer advice through the delivery of amazing service and with on-going training, we'll help you to develop and grow! What you will need: * Previous experience in a Customer Contact Centre or busy customer support role; * Excellent customer service skills, friendly and approachable telephone manner; * Ability to work well under pressure, resilience when needed and an empathetic nature; * A team worker with a flexible approach and good communication skills; * Attention to detail.
