They are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager to work within their Business to Business Fleet Sector to grow their business organically. As Business Development Manager your time will be split 80% new business development and 20% implementation. You'll be responsible for: - Manage B2B initial contact and engagement for fleets up to 750 vehicles - Engage with contacts in priority order using various media - Understand the prospects position in the buying cycle and tender opportunity time - Identify prospects coming to market within a 12-month period - Set appointments using Microsoft Teams and present the company effectively - Convert prospects to open and trading accounts - Support implementation - Report spend and job volume to demonstrate success To be successful in this role, you will need to: - Have a proven track record of winning new business, ideally within the fleet industry - Demonstrate experience of managing new and prospect customer databases - Be self-motivated, positive, tenacious and entrepreneurial - Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and good presentation skills (preparation and delivery) - Have a "can do", team focused attitude and be willing to learn. - Have good IT and database management skills (ideally experience of using Salesforce) Candidate Source Ltd is an advertising agency.
