Description The responsibilities of any successful Regional Sales Manager - US will include: * Developing all aspects of business opportunities outside traditional channels and customer groups with responsibility for winning and delivering assigned new business and sales targets * Deliver company strategic growth plan in the USA * Establish the company as a supplier to appropriate large defence manufacturers * Contribute to sales strategies by matching products with customers and identifying the potential for new products appropriate to the market * Identify opportunities and oversee them through the sales pipeline process * Contribute to marketing strategies using operational or time developed experience in understanding customer capability requirements. * Increase US sales of ISR capability range (and 3rd Party products where applicable) * Contribute to product roadmap definition and associated Business * Contribute to pricing strategies and maintain competitor analysis * Understand changing trends and economic indicators and how they may affect business plans * Maintain and contribute to an accurate forecast of order intake by updating CRM database regularly * Provide support to projects through internal liaison, understanding customer requirements and scenario development * Make recommendations to Sales Director as required to increase Business opportunities, markets and customer base * As directed, perform other reasonable duties of a similar nature which fa...
