Job DescriptionOur client, a highly successful technology organisation based near Marlow and Maidenhead has a fantastic opportunity for a Stock Co-ordinator to join their friendly Service Department. The main purpose of this role is to make sure standards of service delivery expectations are met, working to SLAs and providing expected levels of delivery. This role is responsible for processing and despatch of daily customer orders. In addition to this, continuous stock management. A key part of despatching orders will also be configuring hardware to customers needs. Please note the position consists of occasional physical requirements (moderate lifting & carrying.) Responsibilities and Duties * Manage and complete outstanding cases within SLA timescales * Monitor queue on ticketing system for outstanding order requests to be processed * Prioritise workload for urgent requests * Raise customer orders using Sage system * Configuring hardware to customer's requirement * Use order summary provided to determine product requirements per order * Package all orders accordingly whilst adhering to bespoke dispatch requirements. * Processing shipments to meet daily collection deadlines * Performing checks on processed orders to ensure dispatch is accurate * Checking stock to determine inventory levels * Keep customers updated regarding shipment date and method, current status and answering questions relating to pending/completed orders * Providing support to other teams when needed * Inbound/Outbound calls and email Skills & Qualifications * Excellent attention to detail * Must have the ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced work environment * Excellent team play...
