We have successfully delivered business support programmes to more than 20,000 growing businesses and our team is continuing to grow We have an exciting new role for a Client Engagement Manager to join our Innovation and Global Growth Team Reporting into the Programme Director, managing a team of four, you will lead; All client recruitment and engagement processes, PR & Marketing and event activities, and Client data capture and programme reporting to Innovate UK and Oxford Innovation executive leadership Working collaboratively with Innovate UK to ensure that we exceed all contract KPIs and contribute to delivering Innovate UK's strategic objectives Your duties will include: Client Engagement - * Manage all client recruitment and engagement processes * Manage the allocation process of matching clients to business advisors * Develop a marketing strategy and lead a team to deliver all PR, Marketing and event activity * Work collaboratively with the wider team to build effective Stakeholder relationships * Oversee production of case studies and success stories Operations:- * Develop new and existing reporting processes to ensure robust client data management; * Provide accurate and timely reporting for Innovate UK, Oxford Innovation and key Stakeholders * Respond to stakeholder requests and requirements with a proactive and a solution focused approach * Raise and track issues, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required * Ensure all project compliance requirements are co...
