We are looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales to join our growing International team in London! As the Director of Enterprise Sales, you are responsible for generating revenue above quota with enterprise companies that operate with more than 1000 employees. In this role, you will manage a $1million dollar+ pipeline, develops a target account strategy and acquires new customers.
This is an extremely fast paced environment.
In this role, you will be utilizing a solutions-based sales process. Be prepared to uncover business pains, articulate ROI and deliver customized product demonstrations to help prospects understand the importance of embracing the digital evolution and e-commerce style of candidate engagement.
Each day you can expect to:
Be active in your pipeline – moving the deal up or out fast
Make calls to schedule discovery and demo meetings
Conduct powerful product demo’s
Drive opportunities throughout the sales cycle to reach purchase decision
Know the competition well enough to decipher competitive differences
Assist with building attendance to webinars and events
Source & develop client relationships and referrals
Proactively manage your schedule, leads, and pipeline
Demonstrate a repeatable sales technique for achieving maximum sales
Use your energy, be passionate, laugh like crazy & have fun
