Retail Application Services Analyst (Store Management).
We're looking for an IT professional to join our Technology team as a Retail Application Services Analyst and form part of a customer focused team that delivers excellent first class retail applications support to over 730 BHF stores and Retail head office functions.
About the role
As a Retail Application Services Analyst you'll form part of a customer focused team delivering excellent first class retail store management services and applications support. You'll have a key responsibility for managing store opening, closing and refurbishment across the entire estate and will liaise with 3rd party suppliers to coordinate and deliver services to schedule/cost and internal colleagues/stakeholders to ensure business requirements are fully met and work is completed on-time. You'll apply administrative, technical and interpersonal skills along with service delivery expertise to drive store opening, refurbishment and closure activities in a professional and efficient manner assisting the BHF in its ambition to become a world class organisation. About you You'll have key technical knowledge and practical experience of Microsoft operating systems (desktop and server), Active Directory Administration, LAN/WAN, WiFi, MS Office suite of Applications (2010 and above) and Monitoring Tools.
To be successful in this role you'll have:
Previous experience working as part of a Support Team
Experience of supporting remote sites
The ability to work in a team of multi skilled/multi levelled staff
Excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the country.
Able to remain calm under pressure, you'll ensure key deadlines are met and will be a team player. Please note this is a fixed term contract until December 2020
