Chef de Partie
45 hours per week
We are looking for exceptional Chef de Partie to be part of Kitchen team at a luxury, high-end client in London.
The role will be based in the pastry section of the kitchen where you will be responsible for making all dishes from scratch and occasionally taking full ownership. The role is working as part of a team of 20, reporting into the Executive Chef on site. This is a 45 hour per week contract.
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes in the pastry section
Managing and training demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Professional and personal competencies
Previous experience in a similar high and fast paced environment is desirable
Able to work effectively as a part of the team
Good verbal and written English
Good understanding of food, hygiene and safety
Hotel or restaurant background
