As pastry Demi you will be working alongside the Head chef and pastry team to create the most amazing pastry dishes. This role is heavily production based, Ability to progress up the ladder in this stunning site.
Attention to detail is a must, Previous experience in a large hotel is preferred. This role is perfect for a pastry Demi looking for a bigger challenge. Have experience with large production. My client values a good attitude above all else. Up to date with food hygiene, Allergens and Health and safety.

10% Admin/Stock control/Ordering/Working with Head Chef
