My client is a new start up domiciliary provider looking for a Registered Manager with experience setting up a new branch, who can come in and help build the business. We are looking for someone who can register with the CQC, passionate about developing and growing the service and able to recruit high quality carers. The company will invest in you with all their training and technology resources to allow you to provide the best possible care to service users. You will: · manage a team of care coordinators and team leaders. · conduct regular assessments and reviews of care in line with CQC compliance. · nurture your staff team and ensure they feel valued and included. · build and maintain strong relationships with all local authorities.
