Regional Account Manager.

We are recruiting for a Regional Account Manager to cover the Guildford and Basingstoke area. This role would suit an experienced Relationship Manager, or someone who has worked in recruitment in an account management setting or a similar target driven environment.
To manage, and develop strong relationships with employer organisations in order to generate sufficient quality, placement, job and training opportunities within a specified geography. Enabling the service to achieve agreed performance objectives and supporting the wider business to achieve its short and long term objectives.
To manage and develop local relationships with employers to ensure agreed levels of appropriate, ring fenced opportunities (job, work placement and training) for MAXIMUS and other specialist partners are achieved;
? Maintain strong relationships with the Regional Business Development team, join negotiations at an agreed stage to gain a strong knowledge of new employer opportunities and delivery expectations.
? Work with National Account Management team to fully understand regional employer opportunities and delivery expectations linked to existing national employer partners.
