Due to explosive growth, Fusion Consulting (a multi discipline consulting practice) are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join its busyoffice based in North London.
Fusion is an entrepreneurial multi-discipline consulting practice with specialisms within
International Taxation, Company Accounting, Law, Digital Marketing and IT/Business Advisory.
Working closely with the Senior Managers and Directors, you will support the New Business function across multiple divisions providing administrative support, reporting, sales invoicing and contract management for a range of digital marketing, tax, accounting, IT and legal clients.
The ideal candidate will have a background working in a busy, sales driven environment supporting several high-calibre sales people. The successful candidate needs to have strong numeracy and written skills, a keen eye for detail and advanced IT skills in Excel and Word. Xero Accounting expertise would be strongly beneficial.
• Sales Support
o Supporting Senior Managers and Directors with their Sales Administration, including proposal creation, liaising with staff on pricing, costs and internal sign-off
o You will be required to build relationships over the phone and email with Consultants and Co-ordinators within the client’s international business and be the main point of contact for day to day queries and requests.
o Maintaining regular contact and building trust and rapport with key Consultants and Co-Ordinators so that they continue to pass high quality leads to us.
o Co-ordinating call-backs, lead follow-up for all client engagements.
o To manage inbound leads from Consultants and Co-ordinators and ensure they are handled by the relevant Tax Manager through to successful completion, ensuring every client interaction is of a high standard.
