Job Purpose Overall, in this important senior role, you will be expected to drive real change in the lives of the worlds most vulnerable children by leveraging global reach and experience to increase the charitys influence, credibility and impact with government, decision makers and influencers as well as delivering quality and timely advocacy and technical support to their programmes. Reporting to the Policy & Programmes Director, you will be managing a newly formed Policy, Technical Support and Communications team spread across two offices in London and Milton Keynes. Ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent) with substantial experience in working in politics and policy affairs, international development or media, you will be adept in understanding policy development and the UK political system, with relevant exposure to accessing and influencing decision-makers across a broad spectrum of the public arena.
