The main kitchen at Ayrshire Central Hospital provides in excess of 250 prepared meals every day including therapeutic diets for patients. We also provide a meal service for staff, visitors and the public. In addition we cater for meetings and functions.
Your duties will include the service of meals, general catering duties, always maintaining a high standard of hygiene, recording and monitoring data for H.A.C.C.P and Environmental Health.
A degree of flexibility is essential as you may be required to work additional hours during periods of leave at any hospital under Ayrshire and Arran Health Board.
You will be required to cover shifts in the department between the hours of 7am and 8pm.
Hours: 19.25 hours per week
