Garden Machinery Service & Repair Engineer (Full Time)
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Garden Machinery Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves servicing, diagnosing, and repairing lawn mowers and a wide range of garden machinery for domestic and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair petrol, diesel, and electric lawn mowers
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on garden machinery (e.g. ride-on mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, chainsaws, etc.) - Carry out routine servicing, inspections, and maintenance
- Prepare machinery for seasonal use and customer handover
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop
- Occasionally attend on-site repairs or collections (if required)
Skills & Experience - Previous experience repairing lawn mowers or garden machinery (essential)
- Good mechanical and fault-finding skills
- Basic electrical knowledge (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
Reliable, practical, and customer-focused attitude
