Senior Baker

We are a multi-award winning bakery looking for a baker with passion and experience for making hand-made high hydration sourdough and yeasted bread to join our small team of bakers.

We are looking for someone passionate about bread with attention to detail and who possesses a strong work ethic.

You must have skills and experience in the production of sour dough and yeasted bread in a commercial setting with good working knowledge of hygiene practices. You will be required to run the ovens which is an extremely responsible job.

Hours : 40 hrs per week Maybe more at peak times

Salary: commensurate with experience

Our baking begins at 10pm 6 days a week

If you wish to relocate to the area and have the skills we need we can help you.

Hours are by arrangement full time. 10pm until 8 am 5/6 nights a week.

You are eligible for our pension scheme after 3 months service

We also offer holiday pay.
