Excalon Holdings is a fast-growing infrastructure group delivering high-voltage electricity transmission and distribution projects across the UK. Its services cover the full infrastructure lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction, commissioning and maintenance. The group employs approximately 500 people across several subsidiary businesses, providing integrated turnkey solutions across the electrical infrastructure sector.
As the group continues to grow, it is strengthening its finance capability within each subsidiary. This role will lead the day-to-day finance function for a specialist overhead power-line contractor delivering electricity infrastructure projects.
Working closely with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, you will provide robust financial control and commercial insight to support improved performance, cash generation and decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading management reporting, forecasting, cash management and working capital processes.
- Monitoring project performance and providing meaningful commercial analysis.
- Supporting operational and commercial decision-making with accurate, timely financial insight.
- Developing the finance team and strengthening systems, controls and processes.
- Collaborating with Group Finance and senior stakeholders across the business.
The role offers broad exposure to operations, project delivery, commercial performance and strategic finance within a growing infrastructure group.
