Looking for a fitness coach to carry out 6 sessions over 6 weeks. It will be community based with participants ranging from 18 years+ potential some older people with mobility issues who can benefit from chair exercises. As this is a new project the number of participants who will attend is not yet confirmed, the session will be carried out in the evening 5pm.
This is a charity base project, we are hoping for an extension with this project the allow to run for much longer within the community.
