We're hiring at Bulles & Bears - Bar and Kitchen! We're looking for a friendly, professional Floor Girl to join our front-of-house team. You'll be the first face our guests see — welcoming customers, managing reservations, and setting the tone for a great dining experience. Confidence and warmth are a must. Taking orders, serving food and drinks, keeping tables turned efficiently, and making sure every guest leaves happy. Experience preferred but not essential — great attitude matters most.
What we're looking for:
- Friendly, well-presented, and reliable
- Good communicator with a natural hospitality instinct
- Previous bar or restaurant experience is a plus
- Must be based locally (Selsey / Chichester area)
