Nxt Level Sporting Academy are looking for a academy coach to work within our Multi-disciplinary Academy team to deliver a holistic approach to improving player development and contribute to the long-term athletic development of Academy Players. Delivering the footballing development programme through group and one to one based session to the Youth and Foundation Phases. Ensure every child is enjoying themselves at all times and generate a fun filled atmosphere with a respectful and vibrant environment. Work with the children to develop strengths rather than concentrate on weaknesses and allow for individual development focused around skill base rather than athletic ability. Always welcome both parents and children in a friendly helpful manner We are looking for coaches who: Have an ability to motivate and inspire children aged 5–16 Have coaching experience (preferably soccer/football) Hold a valid DBS certificate (desirable) – you’re able to apply for one through us if necessary have the right to work in the UK Pay and benefits You can earn between £350 and £700 per week (pro rata) depending on your age, qualifications and experience Flexible to suit your availability.
