We are looking for Football Coaches who are:

You will deliver dynamic, purposeful and high-energy, well-structured sessions across a variety of programmes, including:
After-School Football Clubs
Weekly Development Centre Sessions
Saturday Morning Soccer School
Toddler and Pre-School Sessions
Holiday Football Camps
You’ll join a supportive, friendly, ambitious team who are passionate and encouraged to contribute their own ideas, take responsibility with opportunities to grow, lead and help shape the future of Champion Pro Soccer.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, inclusive, and well-structured football sessions to children aged 2–12
Ensure a high standard of safety, safeguarding, and professionalism at all times
Observe and evaluate player development, adapting sessions accordingly
Support and mentor assistant or junior coaches as part of a collaborative coaching culture
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and school partners
Represent the ethos and values of Champion Pro Soccer with professionalism and pride
✅ Requirements (Essential)
Experience coaching football to children (grassroots, school, or academy)
Minimum FA Level 1 (Introduction to Coaching Football)
Valid Emergency First Aid and Safeguarding Children certificates
Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Aged 18+
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
⭐ Desirable Qualifications &Experience
FA Level 2 / UEFA C Licence
Experience coaching in schools or multi-sport environments
FA Youth Module certifications or other CPD training
Experience mentoring or leading other coaches
