The Swan at Braybrooke, owned by Braybrooke Beer Co, is a welcoming village pub with a strong focus on local produce, great beer, and exceptional guest satisfaction. We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic part-time Front of House staff to join our team.
About the Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of The Swan — creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere and making sure every guest leaves happy and keen to return. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in
delivering great service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming guests and delivering attentive, friendly service
Taking food and drink orders and serving tables
Serving drinks, including our own Braybrooke beers
Maintaining a clean, organised front-of-house environment
Working as part of a close-knit team during busy services
Sharing knowledge about our menu, local produce, and beers with guests
What We’re Looking For
A positive, approachable attitude and strong people skills
A genuine eye for guest satisfaction and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Reliability and flexibility, including evenings and weekends
Experience is great, but full training can be provided
