Role Description
This is a on-site Barber role based in Broadway. The Barber will perform tasks such as hair cutting, styling, and maintaining general hair care for clients.
Responsibilities include consulting clients on their grooming preferences, delivering appropriate haircuts and styles, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitization of workstations.
You will need to work on your own initive & steam and have a great work ethic! You will be in control of your own work day!
We use Booksy and have a fully booked daily diary, along with a number of walk ins. Every day! So you will be super busy - and also plenty of tips!
We would be very happy for you to run your diary (after a probation period) alongside the owner.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Hair Cutting and Barbering techniques
At Least 2yrs Experience in Hair & beard Styling
Attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and effective communication skills
Familiarity with industry trends and a willingness to continuously develop skills
Social media skills a must to help build our instagram followers
