Jamz Cafe & Bakery – Shepperton

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Full-Time Café Team Member to join us at Jamz Cafe & Bakery.

This is a varied front-of-house role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a busy café environment. You’ll be helping with the day-to-day running of the café and making sure customers receive a warm, efficient service.

Main duties

Welcoming and serving customers
Taking food and drink orders
Serving food to tables
Preparing hot and cold drinks
Clearing and cleaning tables
Keeping the front-of-house area clean and organised
Helping with takeaway orders
Supporting the rest of the team during busy periods
General café duties as required

We’re looking for someone who is

Friendly and confident with customers
Reliable and punctual
Hardworking and willing to help wherever needed
Able to work well as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Clean, organised and presentable
Available for full-time hours

Previous café, restaurant or hospitality experience would be helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
