16 August 2026•22 views
Expires in 14 days
We are looking for a self employed gardener/odd job person for our small complex of holiday cottages on the Holt Rd, a mile outside of Bradford on Avon.
After threatening to retire for some years, our lovely Malcolm has now done so to get his knees fixed. Well, he is nearly 80!
So we need a replacement.
As well as gardening chores, there are other duties Malcolm undertook:
*Moving furniture between cottages.
*Cleaning out log fires and/or bbqs.
*Chopping logs and kindling for log burners.
*Painting-internal & external.
*Some maintenance jobs.
*Other things that I have forgot to mention.
Usually a 4-5 hr shift on a Friday and maybe Monday. Less in cooler months. Non smoker.
From previous experience we have found that this usually suits an active retired person.
