House is currently undergoing development and need a person to attend to cutting back overgrowth and maintaining garden. No prior experience needed, tools provided, although must have own transportation as access to property only by road, directly off A21. Only required 1 day a week for 5-6hrs, preferably on a Friday or weekend day, can be flexible, £20 per hour.
