Experienced, reliable contractor required to maintain 8-acre private residential estate in South Leatherhead starting July 2025 Park includes mature shrubs, beds, lawns, grassed areas, roads, paths and paved areas. 35 hours per week Monday –Friday based on 1 contractor (flexibility considered).
Requirements:
· Horticultural experience/qualifications
· Own equipment (mowers, strimmer, hedge trimmer, leaf blower etc)
· Willingness to do handyman jobs (gutter clearing etc)
Would suit self-employed contractor or small local business.
