Join our team as a General Manager at an Indian gastro pub. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that the pub runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent service
- Manage inventory and ordering to ensure the pub is well-stocked
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in management, preferably within the hospitality sector
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with Indian cuisine and culture is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
