We are looking for a wine-focussed Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Crispin Spitalfields.
The successful candidate would share our passion for sustainable high-quality food, natural wine and cocktails, and in delivering a memorable guest experience. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a lovely team of like-minded individuals whose passion and knowledge allow great produce to sing without too much fuss.
Our small kitchen team is lead by the lovely Lewis de Haas (ex-Petersham Nurseries) who runs an ever changing menu and daily specials with sustainability and seasonality underpinning everything the kitchen team does.
Crispin is an all-day café, wine bar & restaurant in Spitalfields serving specialty coffee, low intervention wines & seasonal small plates that use locally sourced ingredients, independent growers, small-scale farms, and producers.
Salary is inclusive of service charge, with an additional available Bonus Incentive Scheme post probationary period.
