About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our growing team. The role involves a variety of grounds maintenance and tree work across commercial and residential sites throughout Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities

• Grass cutting and strimming
• Hedge trimming and pruning
• General grounds maintenance
• Weed control
• Tree work and site clearance
• Operating and maintaining grounds maintenance equipment
• Keeping sites clean, safe and well presented

What We’re Looking For
Essential:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Punctual, reliable and able to work as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable (but not essential):

• Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
• Tree work experience
• Chainsaw qualifications (NPTC/Lantra)
• Trailer towing licence
• PA1/PA6 spraying certificates
