Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Hairstylist at The Studios Salon, located in Chelmsford. The Hairstylist will provide a variety of hair care and styling services, perform consultations to understand clients' needs, execute professional cuts, colors, and treatments, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the salon's standards of cleanliness, staying updated on industry trends, and participating in any continuing education opportunities provided by the salon.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Care,
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build relationships with clients
Ability to stay updated with current hairdressing trends and techniques
Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in a team-oriented salon environment
Previous experience in a similar hairstyling role
Strong colour skills — creative colour a bonus
Motivated to grow, hit targets, and build a strong column
Team player with a passion for staying current with trends
