We are seeking a versatile and experienced Handyman to join our maintenance and construction team. This role involves performing a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of various properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing general repairs and routine maintenance across different properties.
- Handling minor plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and tiling tasks.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify and address issues proactively.
- Assembling and disassembling furniture or equipment as required.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
- Broad knowledge of various repair and maintenance techniques.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel to different work sites.
