Il Bistrotto is an Italian bistro in Chelsea, created in collaboration with Velier, one of the most respected names in the spirits world. We are an evening-only venue with a warm, vibrant atmosphere. We serve a menu of Italian tapas-style plates, designed for fast and energetic service. While this is a full Sous Chef role across all sections of the kitchen, the successful candidate will also need to be confident working in our bakery station, where we prepare our house-made Focaccia al Formaggio — one of the highlights of our menu.
