All of our pizzas are created with passion, love and the best quality ingredients available. We are now looking for an additional experienced Pizza Chef to join our fantastic team. You will need to be enthusiastic about pizza, hard working and a team player. You must have strong experience as a pizza chef and be capable of running your section smoothly in an open plan kitchen. As our Pizza Chef, you will primarily be responsible for: Working alongside our Head pizza chef in making our unique contemporary dough; Preparing and plating all dishes to a consistent, high-standard; Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in our, newly refurbished, state of the art kitchen; Keeping on top of current food trends, utilising your knowledge to assist management in developing new menu items; Although our business is going from strength to strength, we’re essentially a start-up business. You will need to be leader of people and someone who can inspire, motivate, and develop talent organically. This is about the guest so someone who is customer focused is essential. Commercially minded and someone who wants to make this restaurant a cut above the rest. As our Restaurant manager, you will create an exciting work atmosphere to motivate your team and do whatever it takes to get the job done. You will be responsible for leading and driving the daily operations within the restaurant. Our Restaurant Manager is responsible for the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience with us. As our Restaurant manager, you will lead the restaurant service, make sure stock and Rota’s are up to date and to ensure targets are met and standards are kept to the highest standards, communication and people management skills are a must. You will need to be confident and have an eye for attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have previous Restaurant Management experience, or within a similar role.

In this role, you’ll take the lead in the kitchen on your working days — preparing and serving hot food quickly and efficiently, managing food prep, and keeping the kitchen clean and organised. You’ll also work closely with the front-of-house team to make sure all food items go out together and on time. You don’t need to be a qualified chef, but you must have a good understanding of food and be confident handling a busy kitchen environment.
