We are looking for a head chef with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in preparing and cooking authentic North Indian food.
Duties include preparation of unique complex North Indian cuisine, quality checks, Health & Hygiene, Monitoring food safety and temperatures, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and any other key duties as assigned.
You will be expected to manage a team of chefs who have decades worth of experience in the industry.
Qualifications and Experience:
Food and Hygiene Safety
First Aid in the Workplace Trained
Food Production Principles Qualification
Diploma or Equivalent – Chef Management
Salary : £18,000-£25,000 PA based on performance.
