We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commis Chef to join us at. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the food preparation process, contributing to maintaining the kitchen and food safety standards.
Directs, coaches, supports, supervises, and evaluates (with the Sous Chef) all direct reports. A minimum of 8 years in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship or convention banqueting service and at least 2 years as Chef de Partie (shipboard experience preferred).
