Key Responsibilities Lead, recruit, train, and develop a strong front and back-of-house team. Oversee daily operations across bar and gastro-style food service. Maintain high standards in service, food quality, and presentation. Drive sales, profitability, and overall venue performance. Manage rotas, labour costs, stock control, and supplier relationships. Lead cocktail development and train staff in advanced mixology. Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations. Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager in a busy pub or bar. Strong background in gastro-style food operations within a venue setting. Advanced mixology and cocktail knowledge. Demonstrated success in building and leading teams. Strong financial awareness (P&L, KPIs, labour management). Hands-on, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
