Look for Healthcare Assistant to work within the community. Supporting services users in their own home to maintain dignity, independence and comfort. Assisting with daily hygiene needs, washing, dressing, grooming and toileting support. Helping move safely, assisting with physical transfers, and supporting meal times and hydration. Maintaining accurate daily records and reporting change's in physical or mental condition. Experience is not essential as full training will be given. Applicants with compassionate attitude, must be willing to complete 15 standards of the care certificate, Enhanced DBS check is required and a full UK driving licence as well as access to a vehicle are necessary for community home visits.
